We currently accept self pay and accept a variety of insurances including, but not limited to: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, CoxHealth Plans, Healthy Blue, Medicare, Home State Health, MOHealthnet/Medicaid, Tricare/Triwest, Optum, UMR and United HealthCare. If you don’t see your insurance listed please check with us.
We do have limited sliding scale availability for those who cannot pay a full self pay rate. Our sliding scale ranges from $60-$80 per session and is based on household size & income.
CGO providers can meet with you in-person or online using a HIPPA compliant video.
